What are the differences in your Tastings Tours? All Tasting Tours (including Designated Driver and Under 21yo) include a Tour of the Distillery. You will be guided by one of our Brand Ambassadors. You will learn about our process with a walk through the Distillery. We take you from grinding the South Carolina grain, through fermenting and distilling to bottling. We encourage questions and want you to look around. You will learn a bit about the history of each spirit that we make. The Standard Tour includes our standard spirits of St. Helena 'Shine, King Tide Vodka, Boundary Street Rum, Spanish Moss Gin and Coosa Cut Bourbon and His Madness EJ McCole AMERICAN Whiskey. The Standard Tour also includes a free Shot Glass. The Premium add on adds our 120 proof Bravest Bull, Barrel Strength Bourbon, and specialty spirits such as our Special 1569 Aged Rum. Cocktails are also available from a limited menu. Reservations can be made on our Booking page.
