Did someone say Aged Rum?

In Brian's latest tasty experiment, we have started bottling our Aged Rum. It is our Boundary Street Rum, aged at least one year in a new, toasted and charred American White Oak barrel. This is the same barrel we use for our Bourbon. Ageing allows for some of the liquid to evaporate, and aging in a barrel gives it the caramel flavors that it gives to Bourbon. The result is an AMAZING rum. Available in our Distillery Retail store only.
